District Manager- Badin

We are seeking mission-driven individuals from Medical, MSPH, MBA, DRR, and Rescue backgrounds who are ready to manage the heartbeat of frontline emergency services.
Location: Badin, Sindh
General Purpose: Ensure uninterrupted, high-quality EMS operations and station management in compliance with SIEHS excellence standards.
Who Should Apply?Education: MBBS / MBA/ MSPH, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Management/Social Sciences/Health.
Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in operations (EMS or reputable health organizations preferred).
Skills: Strong leadership, staff scheduling, MS Office proficiency, and conflict resolution.
Attributes: Proactive, calm under pressure, and a strong focus on team building and community service.
Key Responsibilities:HR Leadership: Manage staff rosters, performance coaching, and regional disciplinary procedures.
Fleet Excellence: Oversee ambulance mechanical fitness, equipment functionality, and infection control.
Station Oversight: Conduct inventory audits, daily operational reporting, and safety compliance.
Strategic Coordination: Liaison with Command & Control to meet critical EMS KPIs.
